Balika Udaan — Empowering Girls Through Sports
From Access to Opportunity

Many girls in the communities we work with face barriers to regular sports participation — including access to quality coaching, equipment, safe sporting spaces and competitive opportunities. Balika Udaan is created to change that.

Play — Access to sport
Learn — Coaching, discipline & life skills
Compete — Tournaments & exposure
Progress — A pathway to higher levels

Our Mission
Our goal is to empower girls through free & scholarship-supported football training, ensuring equal opportunities for participation. This initiative focuses on skill development, confidence building, and encouraging them to pursue their potential both on and off the field.

Our Vision
To empower girls through football by providing high-quality training and creating a pathway to compete at the highest level, with the ambition of competing in and winning the Indian Women's League (IWL). Our long-term goal is to develop independent, confident, and high-performing women footballers who can progress to the highest level and ultimately represent the Indian national team.
